Teepee

We did our first teepee as a family. We planned it! We talked about it! We did it! We have some good friends that had it coming. Tim at first wanted out but when we got there he got totally into it. Blake had the most fun. He didn't want to stop. We are thinking of other houses we can attack. So be ready! Be prepared we may come to you next.

My little man!

As Christmas holiday gets closer and closer so does my little man's 3rd birthday! Yep 3! He lives life to the fullest even at his age.

He has been going through a phase. He smashes  his left over  food with his hands until its crumbs on table and floor. Once its smashed he pretends to swim in it! Yep swim in it.

He hates mornings! Will make me hold him for atleast 10min until he's fully awake.

Perfers to sleep on my right shoulder. Will scream at Blake of he lays on right shoulder but not my left!

He is often caught with in his toes in his mouth chewing on them!

17 Weeks today!!! :(

TIME

Time is flying!  Today my sweet, beautiful,  smiling baby Brittain is 16 weeks.... can you believe it? She has been nothing but amazing. I hold her as much as possible.

My dad use to say "time flys like that the older you get" then he snaps his fingers.  Dad, you are right! Time is just slipping by. My work constantly reminds me that TIME is so precious.  Many patients over the years have reminded me over and over TIME is precious and should be spent with family. As one dying patient put it "nothing is more important then family" So as Thanksgiving approaches think about this 4 letter word how are you spending your TIME?

So far my baby girl and I have:
Gone shopping at Ulta
Thanksgiving shopping
Talked about boys
Laughed together
Cuddled (every night)
Played

So many wonderful things to look towards....

Happy Birthday Blake

Yep today is Blakes birthday! Do you remember ? the drawn out labor that ended up in a emergancy C Section.  I remember waking up from surgery at 5 am realizing I had a baby I got up with my foley (catheter) walked to nursey to pick up my baby. I walked him back to my room and he never left my side after that. He was a colicy baby everyday at 530pm he would cry for a good hour.

 Those of you that know him know hes got the BEST memory. Test him and I bet you will be surprised. This memory has helped him learn in school. He knows site words and reading skills blow me away everyday.

Hes very particular about his toys. They all have to be in order in the place he put them.

His first love baseball.... Do you remember him getting a new baseball and smelling it. Or when he watched old reruns on MLB network of black and white basball games. Hes tried to leave his first love already, but you know what? Lately its been back. Everyday he ask for Tim to take him to backyard to play. He pretends to catch the ball at the fence.
