How did I know???

How did I know that my baby Chase would be the first to break a bone? I adore Chases sense of adventure I can't even imagine where this will lead him throughout his life. I'm a lucky mom who gets to go through it with him. With this sense of adventure I also know it would put him a risk for bumps, bruises and broken bones. Here is the first. Two little broken bones in his wrist. He has been a real trooper though. Not much crying and he is still climbing on chairs. Tim and I do our best to keep him off but to keep him off completely,  I would have to remove all chairs out of the house. I love you Chase! Sorry for your "ouch". I know it won't stop him being adventurous,  but baby be careful, PLEASE!

Who wants to be on my team?

So about 4 to 5 days a week I have been meeting with my tredmill to work off this extra weight I have been carrying. I thought the other day while running I would like to do Rock in Roll Marathon in January.

So far I have 2 people to join me. I was thinking the mini 5.4 miles or half 12 miles.

Anyone need motivation to  to exercise during the holidays? Anyone need support to encourage you to keep pushing yourself?

Then do this with us. We can be a team to finish our goal.

So far I can run a mile in 12 min and I can do a total of 2.9 miles in 40min. I know this is not impressive.

.....but with training for our goal and support from my team, this will only improve.

My babies! Getting so big.

I find myself now soaking in the little moments with my babies. With three its easy to look at all I need to do like dishes, laundry,  homework with Blake, sweep and moping, baths and dinner. But lately looking at why?? These babies are a lot of work but well worth every single second of chaos. People say kids are a lot of work but so is anything that is worth it. College is a lot of work and sacrifice but its worth it. I have started running on tredmill that too is work but being healthy is worth it. I'm starting to see someday these kids will be grown and out of the house and I know I will miss this!

Busy busy

Survivor mode is starting to wear off, but being busy is our life now. Blake with 5 days a week of school with 1 hour of homework, retraining Chase to potty, feeding and chaning Brittain, is been a little bit busy.

We have embraced little more scheduling such as homework time, bed time and mornings. We recently attempted to get photos of the kids this was a challenge  Chase refused to sit for photo.

I'm loving it through even with all the chaos. My kids are fun! Times I get frustrated and little tired but these kiddos make me laugh anx smile and are true blessings in my life.
